Newbie question... Investing...

Hi everyone.... I am new to the site - but have loved searching for stuff ( gold, precious stones, anything...) my whole life. I would like to get involved (invest) in a salvage operation. I have PM'd a couple members but would be greatful for any advice/ resources.

ORRV or DPBE are two pink sheets. For the record I own both. DPBE is running into some issues but does have plenty of search contracts in Dom Rep. You can dive with them if you care to. They are currently going about a new foreign partner in order to fund operations for two more years.
