Welcome to Tnet . In Delaware it's only legal to detect on the ocean side of the dunes. You're not allowed to detect on the bayside. You used to be allowed to detect at Lums Pond but you're not allowed no more. You can contact Delaware Seashore State parks @ 302 2772800 concerning metal detecting laws and rules.
