Judie and I just got off the phone we had a great long talk she wanted me to let everyone know on here we've been talkin to her on the Chissolm Trail Hunt thread but some of her friends Like you Shaw and others she wanted me to let you all know how shs doin.

They are fine still cuttin trees and putting fence lines back up, she has heard it will be at least 15 days before she has power and no tellin when she will have internet again, they have a generator so they have some power shes gone into town for supplies and for local news, their drive is still blocked but they are gin around the backway.

Her daughters mother-in-law (who had the liver transplant) is doin fine too she got out of the hospital 2 weeks ago and they took her to Gainsville (I think thats where ) so she is safe.

And as you all know Ike movin more west now so they will just be hunkerin down if they need to!

For all her Nothern friends who dont have love bugs swarming she is Fed xing them to you! Hehe!

Glad to hear that she and her family are ok, thoughts and prayers to those to my west.

;D Ask her to send a biiiiiiiig bunch of them to our northern brethren. We get them here in Mississippi every year then along came Katrina, and we had a SECOND season in one year !!! This last "big blow" didn't do it to us this time, but Ike is still a threat. If RR can get enough "love bugs" shipped north, she'll have our undying gratitude.
Instead of calling them Love Bugs. we SHOULD call them Porn Bugs. ;D, because THAT'S all they do !!! Active porn, then they die. ;D ;D

So glad she is OK. Thanks for letting us know!

SS she also called them Honeymoon bugs while we were talking, I think the version we have around here is what we call push me pull you! The way THEY act it has got to be the same thing! ;D

Thanks for the post MG, been wondering how she was. Tried to ride over that way on Thursday but got called away before I got there. Glad to hear all is well.

;D Yep, got to be the same lovelies. They're the only living creatures you'll ever see, locked tail-to-tail and STILL be able to fly as well as hover.
Dragonflies have "it" figured out. Piggyback awhile then take a break and eat. ;D ;D ;D ;D :coffee2: But, then, dragonflies live a whole lot longer, so maybe the Love Bugs (Mayflies) decided to spend their very, very, very short life span doing what they like MOST. :tongue3:

24 hr life span is bad for conducting much business I told her to bad the winds did not get rid of them and she said it did but the larva that was in the ground survived then of corse they swarm that time of year. ;D

Ricky she said she was glad she knew at least you were ok just waiting to hear about all her other LA friends, so everyone post please that way when we or someone talks to her we can let her know how they are !

Forgot to say it was their 34th anniv.

Glad to hear you guys had a nice visit!! Love and miss her!

That shot of Geraldo getting blown on his ass was the funniest thing I've seen on TV in a very long time. ;D
