Of course, but if he decides to make it an issue, and talk about it on a regular basis, then the price of copper will go up, and the demand for copper cents will go up.

I just sold some copper i got around $3 per lb If they kill the penny copper will go DOWN not up. When the supply goes down. The price goes up. There would be a over flow of pennys (copper). Making the price drop?? $2 ? who know who cares? I have 190 lbs What a waste of time. If your in to pennys i wish you all the luck!
