Nice new find - what is it?

Found what I am assuming is a knife or maybe a lanceolate. it's quartz and all edges and surfaces appear to have been worked. Frederick County, Maryland. Any help with ID would be appreciated!

Think what you have there is a flint core. I would keep looking in the same area for more artifacts . Thanks for posting
