Went to a spot that I used to hit regularly several years ago.Its a nice stretch of creek always in the shade. Hangtown Diggins my son and I went down for a few hours.I have never been skunked there and have had great days. Pretty sure Hangtown got more than me. My son poked around with his pan. Set out to catch a crawdad couldn't do it on purpose, then ended up with one in his classifier. His name is Larry he now cleans the bottom of our 55 gallon tank made it the first night so he'll be there a while. Funny, they like canned spam salad. They literally run for it when it hits the water. I've grown huge crawdads in my tanks feeding them spam salad,
Trophy size!First mercury I've got in a long time. I dug material out of a backwards trap in the flood zone didn't get to finish the hole or properly clean the bottom. HEY MOJO !!!!!!!! Next time you go back to that spot I sent you to look for the two flipped over.... BIG.....
.... bedrock chunks downstream of the waterfall south side of creek. You'll see where I left off.
