Is there a good way to clean this without damaging or ruining the value? Sounds like this one is worth a bit more than 1 cent.

I would leave that patina, I think they're worth more with it. That's in amazing shape, guess a dirt nap did it some good! Congrats and HH!

EDIT: And since it has the "s" I think it's worth more than usual.
