After work hit two older homes. First one was maybe a 1950 home, got a wheat, the rosie and the 1904 barber dime. Second home was 1930s area and I dug some more wheats and the best SLQ I have ever dug since I started detecting over 7 yrs ago! 1917-S

Beautiful coin! Looks like it was just dropped. What did she read on the eTrac?

Very nice. My 1917 type 1 came out great too but all the others were worn pretty bad.

Beautiful. What a haul. That's a great day and some super finds. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful coin! Congrats!

Now that's a good find! It's a Type 2 (stars under the eagle), and appears to be in AU condition!

Wow - really does look AU ! What a score , Very nice Finds !!!

Awesome quarter G4E. :notworthy: One of the best I've seen for sure. I'm still looking for my first SLQ. Where are they all hiding? :dontknow:

That thing is beautiful! Congrats G4E

That is a sweet slq. That coin has eluded me in my 3 years of detecting, but from the ones I have seen everyone on here posting she is a beauty.

that is the crazy thing, it gave a signal I about walked away from, it was a one way real jumpy indian type signal, no way did i ever think silver, I thought maybe, just maybe an indian, it was like 09-35 and it was only 4 inches deep. After I removed it from the hole, I put the etrac in quick mask open screen and re scanned the hole and absolutely nothing was in there, so why did it register like that? Probably why it was never dug if anyone ever detected here before!

oh man, that is stunning. congrats!

Killer SLQ. Isn't it odd how seldom they are found in descent condition. Congrats

I have had that happen to me once before and the coin was on it's edge.

11-33 is lower than most trash signals. Crazy it read that low. I wouldn't have dug it.
