Nickel box, not bad

Did our regular weekly nickel box and got three war nics. Not too bad! They are worth $2 each with silver where it is! I remember when even 90% halves weren't worth $2. Man, that's crazy!

Also got quite a few nice pre-1960s. Still waiting for our two nics to finish our book (1950 and 1955, both P mint).

Went through half a box of nickels last night saving the other half for later today, got 1950p and 1955p lol...
The 1950 was in suprisingly great shape as i saw the obverse hoping for a "d" on the back... no luck. Maybe a 1950d in my 25 rolls to open later?

Patience is the name of the game in CRH. I'm still waiting to find an old $5 Gold Piece in a roll of nickels. They are almost the same size. That would be cool!

Indeed that would be phenomenal... You must be on the western part of the United States as you need both "P" nickels? I'm on the eastern half of the United States but get a ton of old "D" and some "S" mint marks... Keep it up, maybe next box you will find both nickels and a $5 gold piece(old or new, gold is gold!, I'd take a foreign gold for that matter )... In the same roll
