Nickel hunters

I have a question for those of you who hunt nickels...at what year do you guys stop saving the "full steps" examples?

Hey SilverLunker - I personally don't bother with any full step 90's or newer. Hard to find a nice full steps older than 90s roll hunting due to wear and overworked dies that made the 80s and 70s coins look like mush, so when I come across one I hold onto it. Just my personal preference though. HH

I personally don't look for that at all. I save any coin with a mintage of 20 million or less, 2009 P&D, Silver and Anything older than Jefferson Nickels

I use ‘83 as the cut off.
