Nickel trifecta

I picked up a bag of nickels yesterday and went thru them last night. Wasn’t expecting much but out pops a1898 V nickel. Been a while since I pulled one of these from circulation. Also got a no date Buffalo , a 1939 D and two silvers.

One nice thing about nickel coins, YOU CANT TELL BY RIM CHECKING what you have until physically looking at the obv/rev. Congrats on your finds.

The shield nickel is still on my bucket list. That was the 8th V nickel I’ve found in circulation.
