Hi all,
I managed today to get out after Easter Services for 2 hours prior to thunderstorms down here. My first Keeper made me laugh -- a silver war nickel (45-p), my fifth for the year. Then I pulled another Nickel, a V nickel, 1904 --- Alright
my 4th of those for the year. Then I pulled a Buffalo (later after cleaning saw it had super legible date -- 1935) - My 7th of those. I was thinking if I could pull a shield I'd have a grand slam. Instead my next nickel signal was a 1947 Jeff (I guess you could say I had a grand slam of sorts... V, Buff, Silver Jeff, Nickel Jeff). I wasn't done with my nickels, I then pulled a 2nd war Nickel, 1942-P (wow I'm up to 6 of those now...). My day wasn't over, but it was for Nickels... My final signal, just as thunder was erupting sounded so much like it was going to be a quarter (it was 12-47 solid), ended up being a 1941-d Mercury dime. Up to 20 silvers on the year...
Hope everyone had a happy Easter Weekend, and thanks for looking...

Any opinion on the V? Leave it as is or Sauce it? Kind of cruddy, wonder if Sauce would bring out more detail

I'm leaving the Buffalo as is, it is pretty in current state.
