1938-$1
1938-D-$2
1938-S-$3
1939-D-$12
1942-D-$2
1950-D-$14 (in MS-60)

The other non-silver Jefferson nickels are worth below a dollar in XF-40. Also, keep shield/V/buffalo nickels like 50 said.
