Nah, it says the seller is in Pittsburgh, PA. Not sure why I can't find the auction on U.S. eBay, but anyway I think this IE page is just a mirror of the U.S. eBay. I found his current auctions.

Yeah but the only thing is that those are BU or uncirculated in condition. We've all gotten NIFC's but those are mostly in AU condition. If you have AU condition coins, those will sell for less. Most of the ones I've gotten have a bunch marks on them due to circulation. If I do sell on Feebay, I want to make sure the buyer is happy with it since sellers get screwed by Feebay. Sellers can't even leave negative feedback for buyers. Buyers can buy your item, do a return with you, and still give you negative feedback.
