Night Fishing

At the rate I'm going the wife is going to think I'm having an affair.

I snuck out around 11:30 pm for some dirt fishing at another local park. I just got the Ace 250 today and I tried it out earlier today at another park with the stock coil. I wanted to try out the sniper coil so I hit another park.

I think I do like the sniper coil better, it's much quicker to pinpoint.

The very fist target I got and dug was this gold enamel pink bust charm. I thought to myself this is going to be GOOD! Well it was not bad, but getting that target first everything else was a little anticlimactic.

Got this in about an hour and a half was back home by 1:00 am and I don't think my honey is the wiser.

Thanks Tank, I liked my hunting experience the second time out better with the sniper coil.

The Ace is also much lighter then my PI machine and it was a nice break also I did not think I was going to like the walkman style headphones, but turns out I liked them better then closed headphones for several reasons. First off, they allow me to still hear what is going on around me, safety issue. Second I don't sweat near as much with them on as my closed headphones and third I can still hear what's going on around me. Stay alert, stay alive!

Nice maiden voyage for that Ace 250. Even with the stock 9" x 6.5" coil it just takes a little time to adjust to the new machine. You can detect all day with that bad boy and never get tired.
