No probs with BOA till now

Just venting. 2 weeks ago placed my order for coin. BOA called a week later saying, "we forgot to place our order for this week, we apologize. Will place your order again."
I call today a week later, today, as orders come in on Tuesday. She says, "I order the coin and I don't have your order, and I know nothing about it."
OK, forget it i thought, "I will just order from the other branch"

Whats up with that? I don't order much from BOA, maybe once a month, and rotate branches.
Meanwhile, I did get my fix today. 1 hour dirt fishin

My BOA is lousy, too. One branch ordered one box then wanted to make a big deal about ordering more. "Our manager has to approve all special orders, every week."
The other branch is better but only gets them when the head teller actually shows up to work. Then half the time he 'forgets'.
