maybe a navy button. I guess that due to the obvious the anchor. Is there any books that you could look this up in?

Really cool finds!! I have no Idea on their ID. But you might want to check out Marine buttons too. Navy and Marines both had anchors.
And this might be a long shot on your other button. But check out Drooped Wing buttons. HH
