Well I havn't been getting out much lately due to work and the weather. However, I have been doing alot of research and securing properties. I set up an appointment with this property owner yesterday and decided against the good ol' Sunday nap. Really wasn't expecting much but about the 3rd hole I dug, out pops a 1881 O Morgan. Sweet. Get up and 2ft away 1860 half, 5 ft away 1854 half..... Are you kidding me??? Dug some other stuff too. The one item in the picture appears to have some type of gold bands around the edges. Not sure what it is. It does have some hard to read writing on the middle. I think I might have to find some time to go back to this site... ;D

:headbang: Great work! May we see the flip sides of your coins?

Those finds are really nice, you did very good. That site looks potential for more great finds.

 RR

Well got out for a couple more hours today. Had a feeling that I might of missed something. ;D Dug one today that I would take over the other three coins any day. Man I'm stoked about this one. I know they made a lot of counterfeits. But I'm having a hard time looking this one up on the net. It has that silver ring to it. Also including some pictures of the front of the other coins by request. Some reason these were dirtier and I don't want to clean them.
