If I am not mistaken, these were souvenir coins made of silver plated copper.

Took it to Treasure Hunt, a franchise in the Pittsburgh area at least; mostly copper, with zinc and nickel and silver plate. I could have waited for your answer but I wanted to know the percentages! Thanks!
