🔎 UNIDENTIFIED not often i get stummped

so decided to hit up an old tot lot by the ol historic canal, right off the river in an open part of the feild. looked nice. after nothing on the playground itself, i moved to the outer perimeter. welp a solid tone and a steady 32 on the legend( pretty sure but ill check later) i plop a plug and his round thing is sitting there, got real excited at fist, till i couldnt figure it out. clad dime for soze comparrison. its got idk a whiteish look like a musketball maybe. im thinking made of pewter idk weird. markings on front i can see a D, ANA and a either VI or VF maybe VP. on the back i can see numbers, straight line not lined up with front, like if you flip a dime its heads and then tails upside down on back this is running idk how to explain it, perpindicular maybe ha. idk any thought? have at it please!

Lead seal.....?

Yes it looks to be a single disk lead bale/bag seal. I just found my first one last week here 👉Help with Bale seal If you clean up the sides you might find some holes that run through. I didnt have any luck on here with more info than identifying it as a bale seal. But found an awesome facebook group where thats all they do is bale/bag seals. Im about to update that link with what mine turned out to be.

thank you!! i was thinking seal as well, but didnt see a hole on the side and that stamp on the front i thought was VI had me to excited. appreciate the input!!
