✅ SOLVED Not Old, But Coming Up Short On ID

Hi All, Went out with my Son tonight after work,we found the stuff shown.The medallion should have been easy to ID, but not having any luck. Found near an area where 4H and FFA kids work their livestock, but could be unrelated.The Medallion is in the upper right of the finds pic, 4 rows to the left are pennies,and left of that quarters(just for size reference).
