Not Pretty, But Interesting............

Greetings fellow treasure hunters! It's been some time since I've posted. Work has been crazy (and should continue to the end of the year), family obligations, winterizing the house, searching for a new work truck (yup Terry, after 531,000+ miles the beast will be retired) and a knee injury has kept me from doing much detecting/posting..........
I have had some luck in the limited searching I've had time for, but won't post the finds here because they are not "Today's Finds". Instead, I'll post them in the Tesoro sub-forum..........
Here's the ugly, but interesting...............



This what it looked like at one time............



It is a silver plate James Garfield Commemorative spoon found in a park that used local solid household fill to build up areas in the park.........lots of relics in there!!

A 1990 Ford Club Wagon extended passenger van converted to a flooring work truck..........she still runs great, but the body won't pass PA inspection............

Yeah, I'll miss it........it's almost become a trademark. My regular customers and friends told me they won't recognize me on the road or at job sites anymore!!
That spoon came out of the park you and I detected.............
