Can't help you, but I'm interested to find out what the experts have to say.

Noting that it's chained with a crown around its neck I think it is supposed to be the White Hart (stag) associated with Richard II. However, I'd guess it to be from Victorian times, as wide of a window as that is.

Its killer. Tripped me out actually.
When I saw the obverse, I thought European. Heck, even Greek.
When I saw the reverse,..
Kentucky..,
Post IIWar neo-tech?

Thanks for the info. I can't seem to find my buckle or anything like on the Web. I also notice that the antelope is facing to the Right in contrast to the ones on the web.
