Noting that it's chained with a crown around its neck I think it is supposed to be the White Hart (stag) associated with Richard II. However, I'd guess it to be from Victorian times, as wide of a window as that is.

Thanks for the info. I can't seem to find my buckle or anything like on the Web. I also notice that the antelope is facing to the Right in contrast to the ones on the web.
