I never saw the Chase When I Clicked on, All that was there, Was the Fire.
I'm guessing they Figured the Fire was more Fun .
as For Chases in L.A., They will make 30 Cop Cars chase a runner at 5 MPH for Hours, Then in some cases Get bored and Give up.
and when they do stop, they will all stand around pointing guns for hours, if the driver refuses to get out.
Or if he Lays flat on the Ground Like Ordered They Stand around afraid to approach alone.
Like they think he's a Landmine
if they get out & Run they will chase & Tackle, But if they Sit in the Car They are scared to Approach.
they got really strange ideas in L.A. so no idea on the chase
