Looks at least 50+ years old. What is nice is that its complete, I've only ever found them broken up.

Probably a sign of purer lead which points to it being early.

the base looks like it may have been made by the Timpo toy company in the early 1900's
most lead toys had a oval or rectangle base
Timpo had a more ornate base

Not surprised by that, early 1900s fits my guess on it....
