Don't know if this is a effigy or a rock. I've been told both. It was found in a area known for finding artifacts. Any info would be appreciated. Im new here so hope i posted correctly

Welcome to the forums! I see nothing that resembles an effigy. I say 100% rock. An effigy normally depicts a person or an animal. What do you see?

Well someone told me to turn it upside down on a artifact page like it is in picture and asked me the same i said i didnt know a head with a headdress. He said thats what he saw but i originally thought it was some kinda scraper. Im new to rock hunting also...lol
