IMO it only has decorative value and at 90 is the market value. It looks to me to be a "factory art" creation that are sold at hotel sales. The one important thing that I learned about artwork is if you like it then you can display it. I have multiple multi thousand dollar canvases in storage because the style/artist is not in demand at the moment.
 

Ugh...that looks pretty cheesy. Definitely mass market generic.

Check out ebay and see what things go for. Most paintings don't sell. Only high quality works sell and it takes a knowledgable person to know the difference.
 

I wish I knew more. I noticed several of the thrift stores I hunt have people who only check out the artwork and leave. Similar to the gold and silver hunters. On the couple occasions I've talked to them they say the one pay off a year is worth it. When I pressed harder they send their finds to major auction houses.
