Basically, it is a "Signs of the Zodiac" button, from the 20th-century. In addition to some other symbols (such as the moon, sun, male and female signs), your button shows the Astrological signs for Aquarius, Aries, Capricorn, Leo, Libra, Pisces (fish), Sagittarius, and Scorpio (and possibly others I can't make out). http://www.djay.com/astrol/astrol_7.html
