Our 18th is April 28, sorry, we have been busy, our bathroom had to be rebuilt, then one of the other bathrooms in our complex had a wall darn near cave in, so we are working on that, plus get an empty apt ready for our new tenant we are getting in a couple of weeks, oh, plus the owner wants the laundry room retiled on the floor, plus it needs a new paint job. We will be popping in and out, so never fear! LOL Red and Chug
