I just dug up this token and was wondering if anyone had any idea of what it might be worth? I definitely don't want to sell it but I don't even know where to look to find a value on a token!

I think I may have seen one of these on the forum just the other day as well. I looked at so many different things online the other day I can't remember were I saw it...

Your token appears to be Civil War patriotic 105/355. The most recent price guide lists this at $20 in Fine/Very Fine condition. It's difficult to tell from the picture, but I doubt your token will grade any higher than that.
