O.J.J. lapel pin?

I dug this in Portland Oregon yesterday. O.J.J. ~ Oregon Journal Juniors. 37 millimeters wide and 12 millimeters tall ~ made of bronze or copper.

What years were these lapen pins issued? Who issued them?

It would appear that late 1940s was when distrubeted.There are many avenues of research available and you may nail it down closer.It is safe to say I believe that the time frame I propose is close.

I think it said 30s and 40s.
