Can anyone tell me about this or about what it may be worth?

It was found attached to an old colonial hat that was displayed in a wood and glass case.

I looked around and seen a six, asking around 200.00. Dont know if it sold. Is there a number on it? Can't see clearly enough....... blank on the other side correct? Does appear copied on a copier and aged with lemon..... just a preliminary stab at it.
