hello i have a 2003 $1 bill that is from the F region
but the stamp is on the right side of the bill instead of the left
and is for the E virginia region and is green instead of black
i havent been able to find anything about it online so i figured i would ask you and see if you can point me into the right direction
it has been through circulation for a while though and is worn a little i would probably rate it a 6.5 in condition
