No, not one of a kind... just a scarce version of Sharps, because it was made to fit into a metal cartridge. The "double ring" is where the bullet was seated into the cartridge's mouth. The nipple/stud on the bullet's base held a thick linen washer, to help seal the cartridge. Your find is a Sharps & Hankins Carbine bullet, for the 2nd-Model S&H Carbine. It is shown in the McKee-&-Mason "bullet book"... and also in the "Handbook of Civil War Bullets & Cartridges" by Jim & Dean Thomas (bullet #124).
