Hi Guys, the cheapass Loading Clip on my Deus broke so i cant go out detecting until the new one arrives (in like a few hours. ) so i finally find the time to show some of the stuff i found this week. Im only showing the good and strange things. Not showing at least 20 german zinc coins because they arent very pretty, a whole lot of ww2 shells, another 30 musket balls, 20 lead seals and so on because they are boring.

I found totally strange things this week. A broken sheep Statue, two totally new Fuel Filters, large pieces of pottery, another silver thimble, coins, a very cool guardian Angel pendant, some lead toy figures (Riding Indian and a duck. lol), a nice golden button, some more buttons from the Napoleon Army, another small figurine of a chinese woman, a little box of snuff, a very old coca cola bottlecap, buttons, zippers, something quadrangular with a cross and an apple on that i think is a coin weight, a piece of bronze i have no idea about what it is, a horn and so on. Also found a german soldiers dog tag. Well, enjoy!

Thanks a lot guys! Silversearcher, do you think the large massive Ironpiece beside the Fuel Filters could be an old Iron for Ironing clothes? It looks like a spear tip or so but its massive and not nearly sharp enough to be a weapon i would say.

Yes it does look like a iron base, the weight looks interesting, what's the design on it.

Seems like something Christian. Its a cross with a round object on the bottom. Like an apple or something like that. I think i´ve seen that Design somewhere in the church when i was a child but i dont know for sure. Would be strange to have religious Symbols on Coin Weights, wouldnt it?

If it's a cross, the round object could be a orb...I will look see if I can find a match.

I found similar ones from the 1700s from neitherlandic gold gulden coins but not the exact same one. Its definately one of my favorite pieces in this batch. It has very nice patina.

I found it here. Not sure if its the same you just posted but its definately a weight for a 1642 Goldgulden. Could even be the same as in your link from UK Database. Here is the design more visible.

Wow sweet unique finds for sure.Recon that chinese woman is ivory?

Unfortunately not. Its some kind of Plastic. These figures were sold with Butter and Margarine during the 50s in germany. If it were Ivory, i´d given it to the museum. At first i thought that the sheep statue would be Ivory because there were numerous Ivory Statue Finds in my Area.
