Off-center strikes, like all error coins, have collector value; and generally, the greater the error, the greater the value. Yours appears to be only slightly off, however. According to www.coinsite.com:

Kennedy Half Dollar (1971- ) --------- 20%-40% off-center ------- $35 - $60.
 

I've found some of these also...some off set more than others and it seems to be the 1971's...
 

If that's a legit off-center the reverse should show the same effect. If it doesn't than you've got a mis-aligned die (in this case the obverse die) which are neat looking but fairly common.
 

The reverse shows a very slight off centering. Almost not noticable.
