Ok, PLEASE don't shoot me...SWORD experts needed!
I have come across two old swords, no, didn't metal detect them (hence saying "please don't shoot me"). I started out googling to see if I can find what they are worth and or the history of them. Then it dawned on me, "why not ask all your associates on here where to go for help"! Soooooooooo, my question, although I'm sure it doesn't belong here, is this. Does ANYone have a clue where I can take these for a honest opinion? I haven't taken any photo's yet, but will be more then happy to so I can share these near mint babies. One is a West Point dress sword, the other is definitely a battle sword/weapon. The second one mentioned has blood grooves and the persons name on it. If anyone can help, I sure would appreciate it. Thanks, Paul
