Ok pocket watch experts. HELP!

Ok guys HELP! I found this pocket watch yesterday. Just these two pieces. Question 1. Anyone ever heard of "TV" ? Also the back of the face has the same number as the inside of the case? Part two... It has initials... But I can't make it out. HM? HAM? Flip it upside down and now it's twice as hard. Any ideas?

While it may be a base metal , I do think it's 1920's or 30's anyway- interesting find - I like the engraved illustration !
