This thing is huge and looks like everything was hand made and has carpeting lol almost 3ft tall

Once again, this looks to be a relatively modern piece, probably from the 70s or 80s.
It looks like a 'kit' build to me, not hand-made. The types of floor surfaces are usually a good clue to it's age as well.

It looks like a kit I built for my niece when little. She's now 35ish, if that helps.

I have all daughters and I was forced out of my will to put one of those together. It was just like that one and it came in a kit. We lived in California then, so I know it was around 1986 to 87, I went through the hell of assembling that thing. My wife even purchased the lighting kit for it and that was a painstaking task putting in the little strips of copper to connect all the lights. I cringe when I see the term. "Easy to Assemble" Kenstein would be correct, as the doll house I did was for my oldest girl who is now 36 years old.

Agreed with Tamrock. That kit was a pain. The modern kit in Charlie's post appears to have been simplified. All those fences and windows were individual slats, where they look to be preformed in the newer version. At least I didn't have the light kit to deal with.
