I have been very busy at work and have not gotten out much, but I am hoping to get out in the morning.

I was looking through some of the buckles I have uncovered, and re-discovered a find I made in November from a wooded area that was settled more than 350 years ago. This was the only find I made that day. I thought it was just a 20th century find but upon closer examination, it may be much older. If you look closely there is a slight gap on the left that looks like it was meant to slip a suspender strap or something else through.

Are there any garment experts that can tell me (A) What it is, and (B) How old it is?

With a Nor'Easter set to hit the area on Sunday, I may hit the Jersey beaches for some wrecks that may be uncovered if there is beach erosion. Any one interested in heading out?

Beats me what it is, but it's neat. Might be off of a dresser drawer, someplace behind the handle.

It looks victorian-ish... I dunno.

Never seen a suspender deal like that, parts are missin' if it is.

But a nice piece reguardless.
