I managed to get out for about 3 hours today here in Hannibal Missouri and do a little detecting. Still a little snow on the ground and temperature about 35 degrees. Ground wasnt froze so digging was fairly easy. Anyways I found this brass belt buckle about 4 inches down. Another member of this site informed me that it probably belonged to a member of the Praetorian Guard formed in 1963 in Texas. Seems logical to me since there is a guards helmet and the initials p and g on it. What do you all think? I thought it was pretty neat.:icon_thumright:
