These are finds I made in the last month or so at and old B.S.A Camp. Looks to date back to the 1940's or 50's DSC00625.webp DSC00626.webp DSC00629.webp DSC00630.webp DSC00631.webp DSC00632.webpDSC00633.webp

some really nice finds-glad you posted them!

Awesome finds!

As an ex life scout, I say great finds!

I love that ring!

Looks like a awesome place to hunt!

Now that looks like fun. :icon_thumleft: Great digs! The older boy scout items are really nice. I wonder how many of those neckerchief slides are lost by the scouts every year? :o

That is one unbelievable display, WOW! :notworthy::hello2:

Super cool. I like the arrowheads.

A timely post: Today I received an invitation to attend the 60th anniversary (1953) of the BSA Jamboree in Newport Beach.
Unfortunately, all artifacts lost then are now buried under Fashion Mall.
Don.......

Sweet bunch of finds !

What a great site!! You found plenty to go back for more!!! Congrats!!

Wow!! interesting about the 60th anniversary jamboree. The penny fixed to the neckerchief slide is a 1953!. Now I have read the God and Country slogan dates to late 50's early 60's. Any BSA experts out there know anything about the neckerchief slide in the pic, the one that says "forward" looks to have a coat of arms on it.??? The Eagle Scout dad pin is sliver, I couldn't find anything on-line that exactly match that one.

I forgot to mention the arrowheads appear to be neckerchief slides also. Offley heavy for a slide tho.

Wow...... that looks like ball. CONGRATS. :icon_thumleft:
