You have a modern button (steel back) made the Waterbury Button Company. It's listed as Pattern: 16471 - BELGIUM Crest (Crown, Crest with Lion in Center) Foreign Military (apparently). http://www.waterburybutton.com/cart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=0&idproduct=21802 I think they are also doubling as a fashion/blazer button here in the states... I have no proof other than you found one laying around.
