Old Camp/Class Ring & 3 silvers

Had a great day out today with Earthworks and another buddy, John, who found a 1913 Buffalo Nickle hunting the 100 year old kids camp. Hit my first class ring, what a rush...pics below. A 1982 jr. high silver class ring, no name inside. Also got a 1941 quarter and two Mercs ('35 and '45). Go figure, I was shut out at the same place earlier this week. Thanks to Earthworks for the photos and the good day out. Gotta love the silver! (this is same place where earthworks got that nice intact pocketwatch and his son got the silver ring earlier this week; i researched my ring and the jr. high is in NY City, which makes sense because the kids would come from there to go to the camp)

I think when they get to be 100 they quit calling them kids.

Great finds. Yeah, that big ring coming out of the ground would be exciting. Have yet to find a class ring.
Nice to come home with a few silver coins too. Sometimes you strike out and other times you hit the home run. Enjoy.

Nice ring Bergie. The coins look good too. Most likely be hard to find the owner. Great finds no matter how you cut it.
