Another $1 purchase. I bought them because they are made in Italy. Could these have been made for a Ferrari?

SEV Marchal is/was a French manufacturer of automotive electronics. They made alternators for Porsche at one point. Since the writing on your horns is in English I believe your horns were aftermarket items for the American market. Marchal marketed aftermarket headlight bulbs, horns, and other common electrical parts here in America, their headlight bulbs being considered a hot item for extra brightness for a while.
