This old car is back a ways off the trail, I worry someday it will just disappear. The other picture is where the city is dumping all the road work rubble. I feel like Horton. I hear the coins screaming we are here, we are here!!!! 259CDD65-579F-4C12-972D-023C4C1538BE.webp1C271609-A939-419E-A244-B81FC074B644.webpC100F169-B351-47EC-810E-67E4638BF339.webp

Better drag out those pieces of antique sheet metal and set em outside your antique shop. Isn't that what constitutes as being, rusty gold? I dragged this old rusty iron headboard home from an old coal camp out
in the field behind me. Thought it might go good landscaping a flower garden.

Thanks tamrock, I like that idea! I slept in a brass bed my parents salvaged from an old mining town, and now one of my sons sleeps in it. I sure like that one you found, it would go quick in my store, it was a very busy weekend here!

Nice photograph's DiggingThe1. Thanks for sharing...

Cool tin! Is it an illusion or is that all one piece?

It looks like there are two different car sections, and the the one in the front is from a more expensive vehicle. Like a Chrysler, Cadillac, or Packard convertible. There just might be someone that is looking for that piece for a restoration. I would say that it may be worth at least $500.00 or more.

Thanks for that information. That makes it worth pursuing. There are quite a few old cars and parts scattered around. You never know what’s back in these mountains!

Thank you for sharing!
