Great find!!
The copper coinage of 1721 and 1722 was auth. by an edict of Louis XV dated June 1721 for importation to New France. This is a (1722) copper 'sou'; or nine deniers.
The "H" designates the mint of La Rochelle France.
The Red Book (2009) shows a (retail) value of $100 in VG condition.
