The letters DA/ETR/TRIA stand for the Netherlands city Deventer. You may wish to scroll down to near the bottom of the page referenced below to "REC 44" and see the non-variant form of your coin. Looking at the various variations, I thought either Variant DaIII or AaI came the closest--straight legged eagle.

What an amazing find!

"Nederlands: Koperen duit (1663) van Rekem.
Nabootsing van duit uit hetzelfde jaar van de stad Deventer.
Het opschrift vermeldt DA-ETR-TRIA in plaats van DA-VEN-TRIA".
