Past two hunts yielded some great coins [1794 Half Cent, Capped Halfdime, 1718 KgI, 2 KgII, Braided and Draped] but the relics blew them out of the water. Handful of musket and pistol balls, Rev war ramrod holder and scabbard frog, 1600s nipple button, and the coolest cast brass piece I've ever seen—Pretty graphic though so don't scroll if you're sensitive to lewd content.
By its proximity and style I have to guess its Georgian Era but since it has no attachment pieces on the back I can't imagine it would have been used for decoration or as a clasp. Any information anyone could provide would be very much appreciated.
