Past two hunts yielded some great coins [1794 Half Cent, Capped Halfdime, 1718 KgI, 2 KgII, Braided and Draped] but the relics blew them out of the water. Handful of musket and pistol balls, Rev war ramrod holder and scabbard frog, 1600s nipple button, and the coolest cast brass piece I've ever seen—Pretty graphic though so don't scroll if you're sensitive to lewd content. 8-)

By its proximity and style I have to guess its Georgian Era but since it has no attachment pieces on the back I can't imagine it would have been used for decoration or as a clasp. Any information anyone could provide would be very much appreciated.

Welcome to Tnet from the UK:hello:
Looks like you have a really good place to detect with those nice finds.
Can't ID your 'pocket porn' but we have seen similar items posted, just can't remember if they got IDed.

Welcome to the Forum and congrats on a great bunch of finds ! :occasion14:

Great relics, quite the assortment. That is a very nice gentleman helping that lady to climb up the tree :D

Wow, just amazing old finds... welcome to Tnet from Toronto. :hello:

Oh my, the cast brass piece you found reminded me of my first date with my wife. :laughing7:

Looking forward to seeing what else you find,
Dave

Wow! What a hunt!

The naughty bit is a broken pipe tamper. Supposedly, Ben Franklin used one similar to it.

Makes sense, I found a rude one from the 18th C. They were made in the very late 18th C, & in the UK, they are still unsure who made them.

Welcome from NC, great saves!!

Wowzers! A very nice group of finds. Congrats on the LC's and the capped half dime. Lovely specimen.
PS- It's interesting to know that naughty pictures actually pre-date the invention of the internet...great ID from DCMatt.
